Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Soul Clarity respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Information you submit
When you sign up for the free 7-Day Guided Journal, we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver the journal and occasional related reflections to you.
When you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message so we can respond to you.
When you purchase a journal or book, your order and payment are processed by our secure checkout provider. We receive the information needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, email address and order details, but we never see or store your full payment card details.
We use your email address only for the purpose you gave it to us: delivering the free journal and sending occasional related reflections and information about Soul Clarity journals, books and offers, replying to your message, or fulfilling an order.
Free-journal sign-ups are stored in our website database and securely passed to MailerLite, our email service provider, using a Cloudflare service. MailerLite is used to send our emails.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us through the contact page.
Certificate of Completion
If you complete the 30-day journal series and generate a Certificate of Completion, we store the name and completion date you enter, along with a credential ID, so the certificate can be verified.
Anyone who has your credential ID (for example, by scanning the QR code on your certificate) can see the name and completion date on that certificate. No other details are shown or shared.
To have a certificate record removed, contact us through the contact page with your credential ID.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep essential features working — for example, remembering the items in your shopping cart — and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website, including our hosting provider, payment and checkout processor, email service provider MailerLite, Cloudflare, and other technical service providers needed to run authorised features. These services process information only as needed to provide their service to us and in line with their own privacy policies.
Where your information is stored
Some of our service providers, including MailerLite and Cloudflare, may store or process information on servers outside Australia. We choose providers that use recognised security measures to protect your information.
Google and YouTube API Services
Soul Clarity uses Google OAuth and the YouTube API Services to connect an authorised YouTube account to Soul Clarity’s content-management and publishing tools.
When you choose to connect a Google or YouTube account, Google will show you the permissions being requested before you grant access.
When you authorise the connection, Soul Clarity requests permission to upload video content to the authorised YouTube channel. The current API Client uses this access to upload Soul Clarity video content through the YouTube Data API.
We use this access only to upload Soul Clarity video content to the authorised YouTube channel. We do not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, profiling, resale or unrelated purposes.
Soul Clarity may securely store OAuth authorisation tokens and the minimum information necessary to operate these authorised functions. We do not collect or store your Google or YouTube password.
Google and YouTube user data is not sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary to provide the authorised service or where required by law.
Soul Clarity’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Soul Clarity’s access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google Account security settings. When authorisation is revoked, data obtained through that authorisation will be deleted in accordance with applicable YouTube API policies.
You can also contact Soul Clarity through our Contact page to request deletion of Google or YouTube data associated with your use of the service.
Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms of Service.
Social platforms
This site links to Soul Clarity profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. If you follow those links or interact with us on those platforms, your activity there is governed by the privacy policy of the platform concerned.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Information is shared only with the service providers described above, only as needed to run this site and fulfil your requests, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. The simplest way is to reach out through the contact page.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it to us, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive our emails, and you can ask us at any time to delete your details.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be published on this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
